Before you agree

Ask our team to explain:

• The vehicle description and agreed total price.
• Any down payment or initial contribution.
• The principal and any disclosed markup or charges.
• Instalment amount, frequency and number of payments.
• First due date, complete schedule and payment methods.
• Conditions for delays, rescheduling, early settlement and cancellations.
• Required documents, guarantors and approval steps, where applicable.

Our process

1. Enquire. Tell us which vehicle and arrangement you want to explore.

2. Review. We discuss available options and explain the information needed.

3. Verification. The team reviews identity and supporting documents where required.

4. Agreement. Final terms must be approved, explained and documented before acceptance.

5. Account servicing. Once a contract is active, instalment dates and posted receipts can be recorded in the ERP. Eligible customers may view these records through their portal.
