Why documentation matters

Vehicle sales and instalment arrangements often require accurate customer and vehicle records. The exact documents depend on your arrangement, verification requirements and the final agreement.

Examples of documents that may be requested

• Government-issued identification and contact details.
• Proof of residential or business address.
• Income or employment details, where relevant.
• Guarantor information and supporting records, where applicable.
• Signed forms, acknowledgement and other transaction documents.
• Vehicle inspection, ownership or handover records.

Secure document handling

Sensitive documents should be submitted only through a channel expressly verified by Gujrat Autos. Do not send passwords, OTPs, banking PINs or access credentials. Our staff may need to verify identity before sharing private records.

Review and corrections

Inform the team if a document is incomplete, expired, incorrect or needs replacement. Document submission alone does not imply finance approval.
