GUJRAT AUTOS
A clear process for reporting missing payments, records, service issues and transaction disputes.
If something looks wrong in a contract, instalment record, receipt or service process, contact Gujrat Autos so the issue can be investigated.
Use the contact form. Give your name, a working contact address and the relevant customer account or transaction reference. Describe the issue chronologically.
Keep copies of receipts, dated messages, signed agreements and other evidence. Share sensitive supporting documents only using an authorised secure method requested by staff.
Staff may review the agreement, posted records, outstanding items, approval history and relevant communications. If another department must check the issue, the team can arrange escalation.
When the review identifies an error, the business should communicate the correction process or explain why the records remain unchanged. Financial reversals and amendments require applicable authorisation.
If the matter remains unresolved, customers may pursue the remedies available under their contract and applicable law. Nothing on this site removes statutory rights.
If you suspect fraudulent payment instructions or compromised portal credentials, stop sharing information and contact the business through an independently verified official channel.
