A vehicle booking, completed sale, instalment contract, service charge and payment reversal may involve different obligations. A single automatic refund rule cannot fairly describe every situation.

Before an agreement

If you want to cancel an enquiry or stop the process before signing, contact the team. Submission of an online enquiry alone does not create a contract.

After signing or payment

The applicable written agreement, payment evidence, vehicle status and governing law determine the next steps. Some requests may require management review, documentation or reconciliation before a decision is communicated.

How to request a review

• Send the relevant customer/contract/receipt reference.
• Explain the request and the date of the transaction.
• Provide supporting payment or other evidence through an authorised channel.
• Ask for written confirmation of the decision and any action to be taken.

Rights and limitations

Nothing here is intended to waive non-excludable statutory rights or guarantee a refund where no entitlement exists. Charges, timelines and deductions must be based on the applicable agreement and law, not invented by this website.
